Wellbeing Week

Children across the school learnt about how to look after their mental health and wellbeing last week. They learnt good strategies to deal with stress and keep themselves calm and happy such as getting active, practising mindfulness and talking to others. At the end of the week, all children wrote down one thing they will do to look after their wellbeing and we used these to create paperchains, which are now hanging up in the dining halls.
